What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the item. We handle custom programs and small runs, and we're flexible. Tell us your items and quantities and we'll find what works for you. Request a quote or email sales@copelandnational.com.
How fast do stock items ship?
Stock items ship in 1 day from Perth Amboy, NJ.
Do you deliver or can we pick up?
We deliver. Pickup isn't available at this time.
Can you hold stock and release it on a schedule?
Yes. We can hold blanket orders in our warehouse and release them as your production calls for them.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Request samples for any stock item.
Can I get spec sheets?
Yes. Request documentation with the item numbers you need. SGS test reports are available on request too.
How do I pay?
We accept wire transfers, bank transfers and cashier's checks. Net terms are available to customers once they've established a history with us.
