This policy explains how Copeland National Inc. ("Copeland", "we", "us") collects and uses information through copelandnational.com. Copeland is a packaging components supplier based in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and this site is intended for businesses.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a quote, samples, documentation or a sourcing project, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, type of business, the items and quantities you're interested in, a shipping address for samples, and any message. We also keep emails you send us.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to operate and secure the site.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell this data. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How we share it
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email provider, freight carriers delivering your orders or samples, and our accountants and banks, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep request and customer information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business and tax records the law requires, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. The site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you emails at any time. Email sales@copelandnational.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law, including New Jersey law.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
